About LobbyWatch

LobbyWatch Mississippi’s mission is to make public information about lobbying more accessible to the public. The information on this website is publicly available through the Mississippi Secretary of State and Lobbying Disclosure Act database.

This website organizes the data for education purposes only. We’re not here to tell you what to think about how industries spend their money or why politicians make legislative decisions. Why are there more UPS stores than USPS offices? Why do roads get repaired instead of sidewalks? And why does Tate Reeves keep pushing Mississippians to eat more chicken? That’s for you to decide. We hope this data helps.
