Mississippi Lobbying Records

The Mississippi Legislature is composed of two chambers: a 122-member House of Representatives and a 52-member Senate. Together, these bodies are responsible for creating state laws, approving budgets, and making policy decisions that affect communities across Mississippi.

The State of Mississippi receives registrations and required reports on all lobbying activities through electronic filing with the Elections Division of the Secretary of State’s Office.
